The process itself was clear, and the TA team helped to prepare for the upcoming interviews, however, the process is really lengthy, with 5-6 rounds involved, and a lot of time passes between rounds.

I have been asked by an internal Recruiter to have a chat about the role and my CV was put forward and never heard back! Being a recruiter myself, candidate experience is the most important piece of the process, and the Recruiter got back to me with some excuse after 4 weeks of chasing ! Really bad process!
