Required to respond using STAR method and a lot of cliche behavioral questions. Recruiter was polite and helpful, but some questions crossed the line of the NDA of current job

I got to the 2nd interview. The first is just a call to see if you match, the second call is an interview with HR based on the STAR method After that there is a 3rd interview with the head of the department + HR resources

The questions started easy and as the interview progressed, became a bit more difficult. Questions about real experiences with metrics in previous roles, why Gartner and behaviors questions.
