There were several interview rounds which discussed the role, the phasing of the roll, and the different sectors. Each round brought you closer to the team on which you would eventually be placed. The role was still being developed, so early hires had a chance to steer themselves into a sector where they were most comfortable.

Very organized and smooth process. Had an initial interview with a recruiter, then scheduled several phone interviews. Gartner arranged transport to the office for a series of in-person interviews, and the response was quick. Overall, an incredibly positive, seamless, and highly-professional process.
