The interview process consisted of four rounds, with two focused on role play to assess real-world skills. It began with an initial screening to evaluate basic qualifications and communication style, followed by the first role play simulating a discovery call where I had to uncover client needs through active listening and strategic questioning. The third round was another role play, this time pitching a solution or handling objections, testing my ability to communicate value and adapt under pressure. The final round involved a leadership or panel interview, diving deeper into strategic thinking, cultural fit, and how I’d contribute to the team’s success.

very thorough and well executed. they ask thought provoking quesitons and the interviewers were all fantastic. a lot of prep needed but rewarding experience. about 4 rounds of interviews ranging from recruiter to final panel interview
