The initial recruiter was easy to talk to and the process moved very quick to the next screening round. However, the next HR that spoke with me was very condescending in the questions asked regarding my personal life and downplayed my achievements, kept repeating the same questions and made me feel very uncomfortable and challenged. Most questions did not follow the STAR format and honestly their sales model is confusing. Because of this I withdrew on the spot do not interview here they’re a waste of your time

Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.

30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.

HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
