I applied via the website and felt like a good match for the role, quickly advancing to the second stage interview. They mentioned that they were pre-hiring for the role which may open 2-3 months later. But what I found odd it is that one year on, that same position is still open and constantly advertised.

The interview Process took long. The communication was unclear at the end, no reasons nor feedback was peovided post interview. No responses were peovided on areas to improve to fit such roles.
