6 rounds of interviews - very long process for them to not know exactly what they were looking for. Honestly a frustrating process and if you don't have direct experience don't waste your time. It took 6 interviews and reaching out to multiple people during the interview process to get any information

An initial call with a recruiter
Zoom call with recruiter
Call with hiring manager
Call with wider conference team where you present a presentation to a panel - mainly about you your interests and then real event planning you have done in the past.
Interview process was great - not too long, great conversation. Met with a wonderful team, learned about dynamics, professional standards. Leadership/team seemed positive - also received feedback. In the end didn't work on because of salary expectations.
