THe interview process was very organized. I was constantly kept up to date, had no issues regarding scheduling, and was very pleased with the level of care the Gartner team showed to the recruiting process.

Why Sales? What draws you to sales and what skill sets do you see yourself utilizing in this position.
3 interviews were completed starting with a quick screening, a second interview, and a final interview. Process took over a month, which was a long time in my opinion for the role.

Interview process was not bad at all. They do leave out a lot of info about the realities of the role. They make the role seem as though there is a lot of opportunities to grow as well as progression through the program and that is not the case.

What skills do you have that you believe to be helpful to you being successful in this role?
3 stage interview process. 1st stage was a phone call with a recruiter. 2nd and 3rd stages were competency and character based questions focused around a career in sales and at Gartner.
