Really unorganised and pointless.
I was contacted by three separate people, then my interview was rearranged three times. I actually pulled out of the interview process at stage two.
They asked me to do a role play selling Gartner to a bank, when they know I have no experience in either sector. I started asking questions and using a spin sales technique but it got to a technical point where I wasn't sure what to ask next.
I broke the role play and explained to the person interviewing me, I was contact for my sale technique not my industry knowledge and he asked to restart the role play. I explained what the problem was and he wanted to move the role play to another day.
It was honestly like talking to a robot so I just asked to be removed from the process, what a waste of my time.

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
