Initial recruiter screening followed by second role play interview. Second interview also featured trait based questions - eg tell us about a recent goal you had and how you put a plan in place to reach that goal. I found the role play situation so contrived. Very nice people though

I initially had a positive impression of the interview process. We discussed the next steps, and the interviewer assured me that they would provide additional written information. However, despite my proactive follow-up, I never received any further communication. This lack of responsiveness has left me with a sense of unprofessionalism and has impacted my overall experience with the process.
