I apply online first, then get an email asks for interview in a week. There is about 30min behavioral phone interview and HR talks about the position, salary and even housing. The process is pretty quick

very draining, the interviewer seemed disinterested, had too many rounds (we had 4 rounds in a single day). the HR round was very vague, aptitude was difficult for an intern position.
