A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, and we spoke the next day about the roles available @ their Ft. Myers location. The next day, we had an hour-long interview, at the end of which I was told I would move on to the next step, a WebEx interview with a lead recruiter/skills assessor- great! The next Monday, I had that interview, which also included a 5 min. role-play call at the end. Everything seemed to go pretty well, I didn't have any signs that it didn't, and was told he'd follow up with me by that Wednesday about any possible next steps. I sent a thank-you email later that day (cc'ing my original recruiter) and a second follow-up that Wednesday afternoon, to check on the status of my candidacy. I've heard nothing back from either recruiter, it's been nearly a month. If I'm not going to move on in the process I understand, but at least have the decency to follow-up like you said you would, or, at the bare minimum, send a generic email letting me know.
