They started out asking me to tell them about myself. Next, there were a bunch of behavioral questions such as why I would be a good fit, etc. I also had to give an example of the type of clients they would work with. Last, there was a 5 minute business to consumer role play.

They said they will call me back and I did not hear never again. I was disappointed. They mentioned good salaries in Spain - it looks they maintain the European band.

Very intensive, they really grill you using the "STARS method" so make sure you have plenty of examples of prior deals and how you overcame something to win them. Overall a good learning experience but probably a little over the top
