First call was great and short. Second interview was an hour long. They use the BBI STAR method. Interviewer seemed knowledgeable about that position only. Very polite reading the interview script but not very polity when answering my specific questions.

Can't remember exactly the questions...one was about "tell me a time when you had to convince the group that your idea/suggestion was better than someone else" but that wasn't the whole question. Once I answered the interviewer kept asking more details about it.
3 to 4 rounds. which included sales pitches as well in 2 rounds with the the TAs. Common sales questions will be asked, you just have to follow the STAR method to get the answers clear.

It was a great process for me. There were 3 rounds of interviews and each round came with a pleasant experience. Each person I met with was great! I would highly recommend.
