This compromised of multiple 1:1 phone interviews with several individuals from the Research organization and the team a successful candidate is likely to work closely with. If successful, you will be presented 3-4 topics to research a couple of weeks prior to an in-person panel interview. At the in-person interview you will be provided a non-networked laptop and be given one of the 3-4 topics to write a paper on within two hours. This is then reviewed by the panel while you have a break of up to an hour. You are then brought into an interview room where normally 1-2 members of the recruitment team and 1-2 analysts are present. You will also see several of the analyst panel members will be video conferenced from other parts of the world. You'll be invited to spend 10-15 minutes to outline the principle points as defined in your paper before the analysts will then contest your points and raise questions of their own. The interview is designed to see how an interviewee responds under pressure. Expect some tough questioning from at least one panel member.
