- Video interview with HR (your experience, very detailed, your tasks, your responsibilities, actions, KPIs, why do you want to change)
- STAR behavioral questions interview
---- 2 first steps are very easy and very professional, HR really wants to understand deeply your experience, ask very good questions
---- STAR interview is also very good but you should prepare well and be sure you are using the methodology correctly. I think my mistake was to talk a lot, explaining all the details, should be 2-3 sentences per each part.
Gartner have very good sources for preparation, make a research.

El entrevistador llegó tarde. En la oferta ponía 100% remoto y me dijeron que tendría que ir a partir de julio todas las semanas a la oficina. También le dije que yo buscaba un lugar donde no hacer horas extras y su respuesta fue "good for you".

There were total 5 steps of interviews. Phone interview for screening -> Traits interview -> Role Play Interview -> Case Study Interview -> LSA Interview. Process was quite time-consuming and complicated.

First call with a recruiter, followed by an email with instructions to prepare the second call, which was to answer questions about my past experience in a STAR format. Third call with a member of the team. Fourth call with a senior HR, to answer more questions in STAR format. At this stage there's also a simulation of a cold call with an executive, whom you're reaching out to, to promote engagement with the service.
