Excellent process run by professionals, you feel well prepared - the individuals you speak to are impressive. Overall one of the best process I have been through. Be prepared for a role-play or a panel interview.

1st stage is an hour long interview with the recruiter, if successful second is with 2 hiring managers - mainly competency based, rigid and very clear they’re following a step by step processes, followed by a 3rd round including presentation and task. Recruiter explained process clearly but never came back with feedback post stage. Disappointing especially that preparation was required for both one hour long conversations and candidate experience was discussed during the process.
