It is very tough. They have 4-5 rounds depending on the role. The entire process easily takes about 2 months time. Each round is different and is an elimination round. The HR guides you throughout the interview process and helps you perform good during the interview. They help you in prepping

I was reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn and asked to apply after an initial conversation about open positions that may be a good fit. The interviews were not too difficult and everyone was friendly.
I went through four or five rounds of interviews only to never hear back. I also followed up with the recruiter two weeks later to inquire if a decision had been made or for feedback and still never heard anything. Not getting a job offer is par for the course in a job search but I thought it was unprofessional to essentially ghost after several rounds interviews.
