The interview process begins with a talent sources that will then prep you for a behavioral, Gartner Knowledge, and Role Play with the Sales Recruiter. The next stage is a Lead Skill Accessor and lastly a panel. Probably takes about 3-4 weeks.
Although, I didn’t get the position, it was a great opportunity to better interview/sales skills!

The full process was made of 3 interviews. Two over the phone, 1h30 each. The last one was a face to face interview in Gartner offices. Each one of them involves a role play case of 10 to 20 minutes.
Roberta T. , my interlocutor at Gartner has been continuously helping me getting ready for the interviews. The preparation calls and constant feedbacks after the interviews were very helpful to highlight the strengths and areas of improvement. The overall experience was intense. It required solid preparation and resilience capacity to improve at every step but Roberta has been a great support throughout the process by providing all the tools needed to be successful.
