The first round was a 30-minute recruiter call focused on my background and experience. The second was a one-hour behavioral interview covering the role and company. The final round was one-hour and 30-minutes. The questions were similar to the second round but included a role-play exercise. Throughout the process, a major focus was on coachability and how well I could apply feedback given during the interviews.

I got to the 2nd interview. The first is just a call to see if you match, the second call is an interview with HR based on the STAR method After that there is a 3rd interview with the head of the department + HR resources

The questions started easy and as the interview progressed, became a bit more difficult. Questions about real experiences with metrics in previous roles, why Gartner and behaviors questions.
