Great interview process, very thorough and beneficial from a personal development standpoint. They essentially coach you through the entire process, wanting to sense that you’re capable of becoming the finished article, rather than demanding that of you. Entering the process, I wasn’t sure I wanted the job. By the end, I was sold.
