HR asked challenging, on the spot questions that seemed designed to pressure the candidate rather than assess relevant skills, many of which were not aligned with the responsibilities of the role. The interviewer also appeared unprepared to discuss the position in detail. Overall, the process felt disorganized and raised concerns about professionalism, recruiting standards, and internal coordination.

External recruiter reached out to me based on my LI profile. After speaking, I was submitted to Gartner. I then had video call with internal recruiter. He was good at his job. He screened me and provided me with additional information about the company. I then was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager, a newly promoted director. She admitted to having no knowledge of the role and said "we'll be learning together," No thank you.
