First I had a quick phone call with the talent team to go through the role and why me. I had a second interview that was based around why me, why the company, why sales and had to use the STAR technique they provided to answer questions. Also had to do a mock cold call.

Very winding. It is about an hour long, you are graded on the five competencies, and are largely asked star based questions, with large emphasis on the action portion of your response
