Very long and cumbersome. I worked with a recruiter who walked me through every step of the process in high-detail. I thought this was helpful at first but slowly felt like she was feeding me answers they were looking for instead of allowing me to show up as myself.

Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.

HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
