Long complicated interview process. I went through 8 calls and at the end no offer. I was heartbroken. I gave almost perfect answers and when I asked for feedback they said there was none just not a good time and hired internally they still reach out for new positions but I’m not going through that long process again

Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.

30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.

HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
