All in all took 2 weeks. Started with emailing back and forth, online assessment, phone interview, and finally a in person interview. The online assessment took a little over 30 minutes to complete. Just basic computer skills and examples on how to react to a customer. Phone interview on the phone was just around 15 minutes.
