I was a contractor. The hiring agency described the job as more of a Server Support Technician position.
When I interviewed with GoDaddy, again, the job sounded as if I'd be working with the companies that owned the server.
It didn't turn out to be that at all.
If you can turn a server off/on you can do this job.

Colloquio
I applied online and had a call back within a week for a phone interview, they asked some basic technical questions and some "what would you do in this situation" type questions. A week later I was called into a face-to-face interview with some of the lead technicians where they gave me an IQ test and a written technical exam (not too difficult). All the people that I had contact with at GoDaddy were very professional and easy to talk to, all in all a good experience.
