After applying online, a recruiter reached out to me for a phone screen. It was a typical screening call. She told me I was moving to the next round, which would be a video interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager interview was more conversational than technical, but I enjoyed it because it gave me a better understanding of the role and how the hiring manager interacts with her team. After the hiring manager interview, the recruiter reached out to me to tell me I was moving on to a case study and to provide a time window when I could complete it. I sent back an email with a time. No response. I sent back another email as a follow-up and also received no response. They completely ghosted me after moving me to the third round, and I haven't heard anything from them since. Will think twice before applying to them again, given my experience with this particular recruiter.
