I got contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. The process starts with a very basic and classic phone screening, talking about current situation and why I was considering a career change. After, I was sent a link to take a psychometric test on Pymetrics, which I found really interesting and useful approach. Then, I had a second very bland call with the recruiter. He was basically reading a script of very "scratch the surface" questions. He told me to wait for feedback in 2 days which then came more than a week after. All in all, I appreciated the fact he took around 5/10 mins to explain me why they didn't want to proceed. However, his explanation was definitely not throughout, saying that I was out because I failed to answer one question with the STAR method.
Be more in-depth and use your acumen instead of following a corporate script!

3 in total, screening with the recruiter, competency based questions with the hiring manager then a 90 minute panel interview, which consisted of a presentation about you the candidate, a case study scenario, mock discovery and some more competency questions.

Nice HR recruiter. But the hiring manager is the worst human ever. He introduced himself as someone who was "passionate" about coaching people. But he is the most condescending and even making fun of my current employer, I was screaming internally to end the interview after 15 minutes in. I can't imagine for someone who needs to report to him.
