I can't express how much gratitude I have towards the recruiters at LinkedIn. They made sure I felt prepared and comfortable in every step of the process. I was given tons of resources and advice from my recruiter while interviewing. They definitely want every interviewee to succeed. First, a screening with the recruiter. The next process was two interview with two product designers in different team. Last, a presentation to the design team and two interviews with two manager from different design teams.

Showcase a project that includes the different stages of your design process
Several stages, starts with a initial call with recruiter, then portfolio review, then meet several team members in on-site. The portfolio review is pretty typical to most companies. The on-site is a bit unique since you get paired with engineers to discuss a project live in the interview.

How have you led a team in a positive way?
4-5 rounds of interviews, very nice people. Will make you feel very comfortable about your work and are fairly open-minded about different approaches. Might take a bit too long to get back with an offer. Their headcounts work slow if they're in that process.
