Talked with a recruiter about a role, was told would be a great fit and they would be sharing my resume around and potential interviews to come. Never heard back from anyone after weeks from this call. Sent a follow-up email and never received a response. I actually talked in my interview about how important the candidate experience is to me and I didnt like hearing that people are being 'ghosted' by recruiters after interviews....now happening to me!

It was overall very smooth and helpful. They walk you through the process, all of the stages, and next steps required. They did a great job of communication and explanation of the role.
