Phone screen with HR and then hiring manager. Later there was on-site interview with 6 people. Last 2 interviews were with VP of the org and HR head. Processes was pretty straight forward. Offer was made the very next day.

Did you review the culture deck? HR is really obsessed with their culture deck. They also asked me if I had expierence firing anyone in my prior jobs as Manager
