I had a 30-minute recruiter screening that went very well. The recruiter was personable, and it felt like a genuine conversation rather than a formal question-and-answer interview. They asked me about my experience and recent campaigns that caught my eye, including Netflix and others. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I applied through Netflix official job site. The day after I applied, HR team arranged HR Screening phone call. Two week after then, the first interview was conducted with marketing manager.
