Few calls, video call and live interview. No offer, fair enough. What is not serious is that it was very unlikely I would have gotten one, as from the previous interviews they were convinced I was not the right profile (but they did not tell me, while I was sure to be a good fit). So they let me waste one day “just to make sure”. This is not serious! If you get a live interview, try to spot if they repeat this behaviour. I would have never gone for the live interview had I spotted the context better.

12 interviews, yes. TWELVE, one while being on vacation, only to NOT hear from them after the 12TH interview so much so that I had to write to them 3 weeks later to which they replied oh sorry we found a better match. Completely disrespecful and zero process (I was not made aware of how many interviews or steps there would be at any point)
