Given a tour of the facility, group interview style with other applicants, sit with current employees and listen in on customer calls. First through a recruiting agency (Aerotek), did a phone screen, personal interview, then another interview that was video recorded to send to the employer, then group interview at Netflix.

Straightforward process, with 3 interviews: recruiter, hiring manager, peer interview. highlighting so much on the experience you have, quite chaotic but transparent with the process and what they are looking for. Very performance based.
