For a relatively new game studio they have extremely overwhelming requirements for an associate producer. In hindsight I am greatful since I dont have much desire to work for a studio that treats candidates in such a snobby way. Elitist and rude recruiters.

Applied online and had initial screening interview with the Recruiter a few weeks later. Followed by interviews with hiring manager, peers, and management of department. Received offer pretty soon after last interview.

The process was very very long, went through 4 interviews. The process took about 4-5 months before i heard anything back, i was really hoping got the job but didn't get the gig.
