Went through nearly 15 hours of interviewing/testing and case studies only for them to completely ghost me. My case study involved creating an interview plan for someone like myself, which was odd to say the least.

It was standard for the industry. It started with an Initial phone call with HR. Later on I had a call with the manager overseeing the design team. It was a behavioral interview where I was asked about my previous experiences and how I behave in surfacing situations.

The interview process was very disorganized. I was ghosted multiple times with no updates. Some interviewers showed up late and others seemed like they were forced to be there. People seemed very stressed out. The questions asked were very simple. Getting a job as a designer here seems more about whether the interviewers like you, I doubt the questions they ask can provide thoughtful insights that can help differentiate candidates' skills.
