Swift process, the question are behavioral questions it is important to prepare for that. I was not expecting it to be a lengthy session. However, the person that interviewed me gave insight on how the culture for the company is which I would describe as eclectic.

Recruiter phone screen, Hiring Manager virtual interview (30 minutes), Panel interview (5 people, 4 meetings back to back). About 4 Weeks in between first contact and final interview. Would have been one more round after that but was not selected.

Applied through a connection at Netflix. Was reached out to by a recruiter same day. The recruiter was very responsive and answered all my questions. Very conversational interview. Unfortunate it didn't work out, but I had a good experience.
