They were very nice although I didn't get the job. Technical interview with many test situations. Overall I enjoyed the interviewer and the conversation was light but ultimately didn't work out. I believe they are looking for high efficiency and strategic planning.

I applied online and received a call later for a phone interview. The interview was basic and the recruiter was friendly. Research the company before hand to be ready for that "What do you know about Netflix?" question.
