1º screening de 30 min com o recrutador, é explicado sobre a vaga, a cultura da empresa e relaciona-se a experiência profissional com as atribuições da vaga;
2º screening de 30 min com o Hiring manager - perguntas comportamentais, open ended questions;
3º entrevista técnica com os funcionários da mesma vaga, 30 min, apresentam-se cases do dia-a-dia para verificar como você agiria.
Após isso, ghosting, inúmeros follow-ups sem retorno da empresa, em desencontro do que eles frisam nos valores de "Feedback".

The porcess was 3 interviews, the first one was phone, the second one onsite and the third one kind of with HR and got employed, so i think the process is not very easy, but yes it worth

There are several steps to the interview process. This includes both in-person and phone interviews. But, the process is pretty seamless. A tip I received that was helpful is to avoid embellishing any of the work you’ve done. If you’ve only done a particular task one time, say that or avoid including on your resume. Be honest about what you know you can do!
