The first interview happened after the assessment was complete and passed. It was 5 behavioral questions and 2 situational questions. The second interview was an on-site interview kind of panel style but not really it was like two people; the Plant's boss and another high level employee.

How would you make a decision without 100% of the information?
Questions were asked in CAR format about previous internship experiences. The interviewer needed great detail on the situation of each questions and why certain decisions were made. Interviewers were take a lot of notes on responses while the interview was conducted.

Tell me about a project where you exceeded expectations and reduced costs or saved time.
It was a straightforward interview process with responses in the C(Challenge) A(Action) R(Result) format. The interviewer also dove deeper on why I made the decisions that I did in previous experiences.

They were late for the interview and did not receive any feedback on how the interview went. The interview was straight forward and we use the STAR approach to answer the question.
