Colloquio
Two rounds of interviews. First a technical and company culture/personality interview with the hiring manager and team members for job area. Then a follow up interview with HR and upper management (Vice Presidents) dealing with company culture/personality and qualifications on a higher level. Second interview also included written test to evaluate written communication skills and personality.
