I applied for a junior developer position.
1- phone screening
a quick call of 5 minutes about HR matters.
2- chat turned into 1 hour technical interview
I had a very nice chatting session with a tech team lead and software engineer from the Winnipeg office, he explained the work culture and culture fit, also discussed software foundations, technologies, and other technical stuff.
3- technical interview
30 minutes technical interview with 2 SWE from the Saskatoon office, asked me about some technologies and my projects.
The technical interviews are guided by your answers to their questions.
The guys were really nice,

I was applying for the coop program, HR from Winnipeg office first email me for a 15 min brief interview.
Got an email for an in-person interview with 2 team lead in Saskatoon office. Mainly about my projects and some basic technical questions about what you know. Also got to ask questions to them.
Got an email for an in-person follow up interview with a senior engineer. Basically, they want to see if you are a good culture fit there.

2. Call with Saskatoon leads, mostly techincal, a what you've done interview.
3. Cal with Winnipeg Lead, mostly describing what work is like there
