      30mins talk. It was easy and I used STAR to answer questions about the situation and the result. Sample Behavioral Questions • Can you give me an example of a time you needed to learn something new in a very short amount of time, what was your approach? What did you need to learn? How did you learn it? • Describe a time you were thrown into a situation you hadn't planned for. How did you respond? What was the outcome? • Give an example of a project you completed with very limited resources (limited budget, insufficient manpower or little attention, etc.). What difficulties did you encounter, what methods were used to solve them, and what was the final result? Sample Hard Skills Questions • Have you been responsible for rapid brand growth? If so, what was your approach to segmentation, prioritization, and building category expertise?

      After the HR interview I was scheduled to meet with the manager. He never showed up at our interview. HR apologised and rescheduled. The manager stood me up again for a second time in a row.

      The interview process begins with the HR team before being handed over to the hiring managers. However, there seems to be some uncertainty in the process once it reaches the user stage, as candidates are often passed from one team to another without clear explanations. Based on my experience, it appears that some hiring managers may not move forward with a candidate and instead pass them along to other teams who may have a need.
