The interview process is smooth, for internships they require only one interview with your future supervisor in the risk management group. They are mostly interested in your past experiences and soft skills and how they can be useful in the finantial sector. They don't require you to know beforehand about risk management practices and regulations, nor about specific programmming languages or software, but they try to verify your ability to learn new things quickly.
