Several stages. First inro with two team leads, Then how did you manage to solve some scaling problems at your current job. The second interview was 100% technical. First, solve create an algorithm, then create a project design. The third interview was with CTO, also a bit technical.
And then they ghosted me for two weeks and sent an email "we decided to move with other candidates". No feedback.

The process was smooth, well-organized, and clearly structured. Some parts were conducted in the office while others were remote, which made it flexible and convenient. The technical questions were mostly basic LeetCode-style problems, generally at an easy to medium level, sometimes with added constraints or twists that increased their difficulty slightly.
Selection process includes a 30 minute Zoom interview, followed by a one hour on site frontal technical interview, with an additional follow up interview scheduled at a later date if candidates successfully pass stage.
