The hiring process took a little over one month to be completed. Despite the timeline, it was very well conducted by the HR team, who were always available and communicative throughout all stages. The first step was an AI-based interview, conducted entirely in English. This was followed by an interview with HR, then with the hiring manager, followed by a conversation with the area director, and finally with a stakeholder. All stages included questions focused on day-to-day challenges, my previous experience, and also involved solving real-life business cases related to the role.
