Unfortunate behavior of the company. I had two online interviews and a face-to-face interview with the manager of the department, in which we went through my experience and professional skills. The interview lasted more than an hour and a half with very standard questions.
Two weeks after the interview without receiving any response, I wrote an email to the HR department and the manager to find out what the status of the process was. 3 months later I have not received any response, not positive nor negative. A lack of absolute professionalism.

Completed the process in 3 weeks and received a decision ~3-4 weeks later. There were 4 interviews in total: Recruiter > 2 Team Members > Hiring Manager. The interviews were brief (30-45 min) and conversational. I was asked to provide 3 references (1 manager, 2 colleagues) before receiving an offer.

The process included three interviews, nice people. Usual interview questions. Why I was interested, previous experience and main motivation to work in the company. Spoke to HR, Ops managers and direct managers.

An HR representative contacted me directly via LinkedIn, asking for my contacts for a phone screen, which they scheduled for the following week. A week after the call, I contacted the person, and she said they were still screening candidates, and asked me to wait for their response. More than a month later I am still waiting for their contact. They already posted the position twice on LinkedIn during this time. I find this disrespectful with all candidates, as I believe all of them deserve an answer, either positive or negative. If the HR treat the candidates like this, I may imagine how they treat their employees.
