less than 30 minute interview with the recruiter: the recruiter was late to the call, having went over with a previous call. no time was left for questions or detailed discussion around true qualifications or the role itself. questions around quota and performance related to quota. initially the recruiter was responsive, but after that first call its been radio silence. despite multiple check-ins with the recruiter, zero response which lacks professionalism.
