Parte de conversa com RH ok. Parte de entrevista com líder foi muito aberta, não conseguiu transmitir exatamente o que era esperado/necessário. Explicou sobre uma interação com pessoas de outros países, mas estava claro que não havia um processo definido e estavam querendo contratar 'meio que sem saber'. Após entrevista não tive retorno algum...

It was a 3 round interview process. First, with HR, second with the direct manager, and lastly with the Marketing Director. The process was smooth, although I believe the job description was not well-written.

It was pretty easy. I had a phone interview followed by an in person interview. I left town so I had my final interview over skype and was offered the position 3 hours later.
